Return & Exchange Eligibility:

  • You can return the watch within 3 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling fees).
  • Any watch that fails quality inspection from customer service (scratches, worn, damaged) will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
  • In case you are not satisfied, return the watch in the same condition as delivered, without using it. Include all packing materials, user manuals, and accessories (if provided).
  • Returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted; warranty covers only faulty or damaged products.

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

What We Need to Process a Return/Exchange:

Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

Policy Allowances:

  • Bluetooth should not exceed a 10-meter range.
  • Avoid using fast chargers and overcharging.
  • Mobile app must run in the background for connectivity.
  • Follow water resistance precautions to avoid damage.
  • Battery performance varies with usage and connectivity.
  • Not a substitute for professional medical devices or fitness clubs.
  • Product appearance might slightly differ due to screen effects.
  • Handle with care to prevent damage from drops or rough handling.
Returns Validity:
  • Warranty does not cover issues arising from dust, dirt, or particulate matter.
  • Warranty and returns are void in cases of customer misuse, unauthorized repairs, and factors beyond human control.

Right to Refuse Returns:

  • Returns or exchanges refused if there are signs of wear, missing parts (tags, manuals, box), or any damage to the watch or packaging.
